With 6 years of operational experience, I have worked my way through the industry as an educator, which has given me first-hand insight into the frustrations of excessive paperwork and the challenge of balancing administrative duties with providing high-quality care. This experience has driven me to make it my mission to create supportive environments where educators can thrive and reach their highest potential while still meeting industry standards.
